SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping is standardly ensured via Czech postal service, other services (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.) are available upon request as well. All shipments by international mail are registered. The shipping costs are variable - depending on gross (brutto) weight (i.e. including package), place of destination and selected type of postal service (gift package/commercial parcel).

    2. Recommended for small items only. Parcel size has to fulfil following conditions:
    - weight max. 2 kg
    - lenght max. 60 cm
    - height + width + depth max. 90 cm

    However in all cases goods sent via gift package has to be taxed at 19% local VAT.
